Jay Stevenson, Ph.D. has written a wide variety of books including The Complete Idiot-'s Guide-« to Philosophy, Third Edition, The Complete Idiot-'s Guide-« to Eastern Philosophy and The Pocket Idiot-'s Guide-Ö to Grammar and Punctuation. He received his Ph.D. in English Literature from Rutgers University, his M.A. in English from Boston College, and his B.A. in English and Anthropology from Grinnell College.
