Fast and fabulous fancy dress pieces to create in crochet
As a new convert to crochet, and a mother of two small superheroes, Emma Friedlander-Collins was frustrated by the lack of cool patterns available for children’s costumes, so she decided to start writing her own. This collection of over 35 pieces, which make up 15 different costumes, is the result. All the dressing-up favorites are here, from a pirate to a mermaid, fairytale characters such as Rapunzel and Red Riding Hood, superheroes and Vikings, and even some furry friends—a cute cat and a floppy-eared bunny. All the items are quick to make—great for those last-minute panics over forgotten party invititations—and will cost you a fraction of the price of shop-bought outfits, as well as being truly unique.
