Author Biography

Patrick Berry is a freelance author and puzzle constructor whose puzzles have appeared in a wide variety of national publications, including The New York Times, Harper’s, The New Yorker, and The Wall Street Journal. His puzzle career was launched when the publishing company he was working for suddenly went belly-up, leaving him salaryless. Too shiftless to get a real job, he began making puzzles full-time, and the rest is history. In his spare time, he mostly sleeps.
