Liz West pioneered Youth Ministries as a new department within YWAM UK. She now works with Cell UK, an organisation helping local churches to develop the cell model Paul Hopkins works with YWAM as a youth work advisor and for Cell UK as the Training Director for youth. He speaks widely on youth discipleship
