Lisa M. Finkelstein is an associate professor of psychology at Northern Illinois University. Her research interests include mentoring, age and generational issues in the workplace, obesity bias, and humor in the workplace. Her research has been published in journals such as The Journal of Applied Psychology, The Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Research Methods.
