Author Biography

Yashwant Pathak is Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs, Chair and Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sullivan University College of Pharmacy, Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Dr. Pathak obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the Nagpur University, Nagpur, India. He has contributed to over 65 publications, including three books, and has completed 24 research projects. Dr. Pathak is Co-editor of Informa Healthcare's Nanoparticulate Drug Delivery Systems. Deepak Thassu is Vice President PharmaNova, Inc., Victor, New York. He is a senior technical and strategic leader with nineteen years of experience in drug product process development and drug delivery research. Dr. Thassu obtained his MBA and Ph.D. in pharmaceutical science from Cornell University, Ithaca New York. He is an expert in nanotechnology and other advanced drug delivery technologies. Dr. Thassu is co-editor of Informa Healthcare's Nanoparticluate Drug Delivery Systems and holds several U.S. and European patents.
