Author Biography

Grard Roland is Professor of Economics and Political Science at the University of California at Berkeley, USA, and editor of Journal of Comparative Economics. Previously, he taught at the Universit Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. His areas of research include political economics and comparative and institutional economics.
