BASHKER BISWAS, PH.D. (Lincoln, CA) is Principal of the Biswas Group global management consultancy, and Visiting Professor at Keller School of Management at DeVry University. He has 40+ years experience in Total Rewards Management; finance and accounting; executive compensation; base, incentive, sales, and equity compensation; HR strategy; HR information systems; international HR, and international compensation. He has traveled to 30+ countries on compensation and benefits-related projects, and served at Coopers and Lybrand as Director of HR Consulting and National High-Tech Leader for HR Consulting. Biswas has taught at various universities since 1984; authored and coauthored articles in Human Resource Management, and presented at WorldatWork's National Conference. He is author of Compensation and Benefit Design.
