Author Biography

More than two decades ago, Ronald D. Story compiled and edited the first-ever encyclopedia of UFOs. The Encyclopedia of Extraterrestrial Encounters is the long-awaited update to that pioneering effort. Story was associated with groups auch as APRO, NICAP, MUFON, and CUFOS, and he is perhaps best known for his book, The Space-Gods Revealed, which involved the collaboration of the late Dr. Carl Sagan. His other books include Guardians of the Universe? and UFOs and the Limits of Science. Story is an honors graduate of the University of Arizona, where he studied philosophy, astonomy, and anthropology. A longtime resident of Tucson, Arizona, he now lives in Florida, and can be contacted through his website at http://www.RonaldStory.com.
