Summary

This book is a guide containing helpful information on home care for a loved one who has Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD). The book is not a medical book. The author is not a medical doctor. The author is a Professional Engineer. His wife has had FTD for six years. The improved care benefits described in this book were generated by using an engineering approach to his wife's Home Care. The approach uses practical experience, detailed research, trial and error experiments, common sense applications, and making some basic deductions and assumptions. One of the key assumptions used is that the care of a patient with FTD can be improved by stimulation of both, the less affected back areas of the brain, and the body's second brain. Many encouraging results are generated by using this engineering approach. These results are presented and discussed in the book. Hopefully this book can help other people dealing with this devastating disease.
