Author Biography

JOSE M. VIEDMA MARTÍ is a professor of industrial engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. He has held top executive positions in software and consultancy industry. His field of research and practice is focused on the strategic perspective of knowledge management, intellectual capital and knowledge based-development. His international research has crystallized in practical methodologies such as ICBS, SCBS and CICBS.

MARIA DO ROSÁRIO CABRITA holds a Ph.D. is Assistant Professor and researcher at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal, and teaches at the Portuguese Banking Management School in Lisbon. She has several years of experience in executive positions in international banks. Her current field of research is focused on intellectual capital, knowledge management and measuring intangibles.
