Wilkins, DVM, MS, PhD, DACVIM, DACVECC, is a Professor of Equine Medicine and Emergency and Critical Care in the Section of Equine Medicine and Surgery, Department of Veterinary Clinical Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Urbana, Illinois, USA.
