T. Scott Stroup, M.D., M.P.H., is Director of the Program for Intervention Effectiveness Research at the New York State Psychiatric Institute and Department of Psychiatry of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University in New York, New York. Diana O. Perkins, M.D., M.P.H., is Professor and Medical Director of OASIS (Outreach and Support Intervention Services) in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
