Roderick Munday is a Reader Emeritus in Law at the University of Cambridge. He is a Fellow Emeritus at Peterhouse, Cambridge. Along with Evidence, he is also the author of Cross and Tapper on Evidence (OUP: 2018) and Agency: Law and Principles (OUP: 2016) as well as a co-author of Commercial Law:
