Ingrid Bens is a consultant and trainer with a Master's Degree in Adult Education and over 25 years experience. She is principal partner in Participative Dynamics, a consulting firm with offices in Sarasota, Florida and Toronto, Canada.Her consulting expertise is in the area of Organization Development, where she has designed and led numerous large-scale, strategic change efforts in a broad range of Fortune 500 companies, in government departments and in non-profit organizations.Ingrid Bens has consulted on numerous team implementation projects in banks, hospitals, research firms, educational institutions and manufacturing plants. She has also led a number of projects to improve employee morale and help management shift to a more participative and inclusive approach to leadership. Ingrid is also an expert on Win/Win bargaining and is often asked to mediate inter-group conflicts and make sensitive interventions to help dysfunctional teams.Between 1998 and 2000 Ingrid served as the program chair for the Tampa Bay Chapter of the American Society For Training and Development. Ingrid Bens also maintains a close relationship with a number or national and international organizations including Linkage Inc, The Graduate School at U.S.D.A., the University of North Texas Center for Collaborative Workplaces, the Association for Quality and Participation and Goal/QPC.
