Stephan Keukeleire is Jean Monnet Professor at the Institute for International and European Policy of the University of Leuven, Belgium, member of the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies, and Professor at the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies at the College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium.

Tom Delreux is Professor of EU politics at the University of Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve), Belgium.
