Author Biography

Andrew Emmerson is the owner of the Emmerson Development Company, which advises SMEs and large companies on franchising. Until 2014 he was UK Executive Director of Franchising and Development for Domino’s Pizza, having previously held senior executive positions with Millie’s Cookies, Upper Crust, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
