Author Biography

Venessa Garcia is assistant professor of criminal justice at Kean University. She is the editor of Female Crime Victims. Patrick McManimon is assistant professor and graduate program coordinator of criminal justice at Kean University. He previously worked as a warden and in other administrative positions in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
