Michael F. Keating is Professor of International Political Economy at Richmond, the American International University in London, UK, and Adjunct Associate Professor at Syracuse University (London and Madrid programmes), USA.

Andreas Goldthau is Professor at Central European University, Hungary and Research Associate with the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Harvard Kennedy School, USA and Fellow with the Global Public Policy Institute, Berlin, Germnay.
