Thomas Pogge is Professor of Philosophy and International Affairs at Yale University. Research Director in the Centre for the Study of Mind in Nature at the University of Oslo, and Professorial Fellow in the Australian National University Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics, which generously paid all the permission fees for this volume and its companion Global Justice Keith Horton is an Australian Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow in Philosophy at the University of Western Australia
