Author Biography

His client responsibilities include domestic as well as international engagements working with management and senior leadership on planning, change, and performance improvement. Davis is the author or coauthor of several books, articles, and papers including books on organizational change, such as Game Plan for Change and Team Performance Inventory, both from Pfeiffer.
