Summary

Revisions and additions reflect the enormous changes and challenges that have occurred in the grants marketplace since the last edition. The exhibits and tables have been updated to reflect advances in technology and computer usage. Over half of the book is new to enhance the reader's ability to compete in the current grants marketplace--and to avoid the failure and wasted time of proposal rejection.
