Author Biography

Judith Viorst Born and raised in New Jersey, Judith Viorst knew she wanted to be a writer since the second grade. Today, she has more than two dozen books published, about half for children and half for adults. Ms. Viorst finds her inspiration from children (including her own), but never writes of events exactly the way they happened. She currently lives in Washington D.C. with her husband and three children.
