Mark D. Janis is the H. Blair & Joan V. White Professor of Intellectual Property Law, University of Iowa College of Law. He is the co-author (with Herb Hovenkamp and Mark Lemley) of IP and Antitrust: An Analysis of Antitrust Principles Applied to Intellectual Property Law (Aspen Publishers, 2002).

Herbert H. Jervis is the former Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel of Pioneer Hi-Bred.

Richard C. Peet is a partner with Foley & Lardner. He is former chair of the firm's international and formerly named Chemical & Pharmaceutical Practices.
