Michael J. Apostolakos, MD is Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of Adult Critical Care at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, Rochester, New York.

Peter J. Papadakos, MD, co-editor, is Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Surgery as well as Director in the Division of Critical Care Medicine at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, Rochester, New York. He is also Professor of Respiratory Care at State University of New York at Genesee Community College.
