Author Biography

Danny P. Wallace is professor and EBSCO Chair of Library Service in the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of Alabama. He is the author of Libraries Unlimited's Knowledge Management: Historical and Cross-Disciplinary Themes. Connie Van Fleet is professor in the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of Oklahoma. She is coeditor, with Alma Dawson, of Libraries Unlimited's African American Literature: A Guide to Reading Interests. Wallace and Van Fleet have collaborated on more than 50 publications, including Library Evaluation: A Casebook and Can-Do Guide, also published by Libraries Unlimited. They were coeditors of Reference User Services Quarterly from 2000 to 2006 and its predecessor RQ from 1991 to 1997.
