Lt. Col. Donald M. Goldstein, USAF (Ret.), is professor of public and international affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. Col. Harry J. Maihafer, USA (Ret.), is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy and a Korean War combat veteran.
