Summary

The Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation enables secure, reliable communication among systems within an organisation or across the Internet. It helps software developers focus on their applications rather than the digital pluming required for secure reliable communication. The Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation is built into Windows Vista and is available on Windows XP, and Windows 2000/2003. This book provides an easy-to-use introduction for developers building connected systems. It removes the complexity of using the API by providing detailed answers, explanations and code samples to the most common questions asked by software developers.
