William Roache OBE is one of Britain's most beloved actors and is best known for his long running portrayal of Ken Barlow in the popular British soap opera Coronation Street. He was appointed an MBE in 2001 and an OBE in 2022 for services to drama and charity. William dedicates his time to helping others in causes that are close to his heart. He is known outside the field of acting for his work with several charities.
