Author Biography

Kitty Greenwald is a cooking writer based in San Francisco. She was previously a chef at a number of restaurants in Portugal, France, and Italy, and has contributed as a cooking expert for Real Simple magazine, daily newspapers, ad agencies, exhibits, and festivals throughout the world. In 2008 she was awarded the Montalvo Arts Center Culinary Fellowship in Saratoga, California, to develop repertoire and focus on local/ sustainable sourcing.
