Author Biography

Steven Graham is the manager of Software Quality Assurance at Array Networks. He previously managed a large Red Hat Linux server farm at an ISP, and was Manager of Technical Operations of the Computer Science Department at the University of California, Riverside Steve Shah has been a UNIX systems/network administrator since 1992 and a programmer since 1986. He is Director of Product Management at Array Networks, and has worked with Linux since 1994
