Steven T. Fleming, Ph.D. is an associate professor of health services management at the University of Kentucky F. Douglas Scutchfield, M.D. is the Peter P. Bosomworth Professor of health services research and policy and professor of preventive medicine and environmental health at the University of Kentucky Thomas C. Tucker, M.P.H. is an associate professor of health services management at the University of Kentucky with a joint appointment in the School of Public Health Keith E. Boles, Ph.D. is an associate professor of health services finance in the Department of Health Management and Informatics at the University of Missouri in Columbia Joel M. Lee, Dr.P.H. is a professor and director of undergraduate studies in the Division of Health Services Management with the University of Kentucky College of Allied Health Professions. He is also the director of the Doctor of Public Health program in the Kentucky School of Public Health and a faculty associate with the Center for Health Services Management and Research John N. Lewis, M.D., M.P.H. is the corporate medical director for Health Care Excel, Incorporated Kevin C. Lomax, M.H.A.C. is a doctoral student in the Ph.D. program in gerontology at the University of Kentucky Kevin A. Pearce, MD, M.P.H. is the Michael Rankin Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He is a faculty associate in the UK Center for Health Services Management and Research and holds a joint faculty appointment in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Environmental Health Mary Kay Rayens, Ph.D. is the associate director of the Biostatistics Consulting Unit in the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center and is a research assistant professor in the colleges of nursing and medicine at the University of Kentucky Lyle B. Snider, Ph.D. is the research director of the University of Kentucky Center for Rural Health in Hazard with an appointment as assistant professor of health services management at the University of Kentucky.
