Summary

Rapid change in almost every area of the workplace today requires new learning. Everyone has something new to learn, but few people have a clear idea of what learning is, the different ways that learning takes place, or how to manage their own learning. Managing Your Own Learning offers clear descriptions of seven ways of learning and valuable guidelines for using them to maximise your learning. Readers will learn how to analyse their previous learning, design an action plan for future learning, expand your opportunities for learning, and use libraries and the Internet effectively so that they can become a proactive perpetual learner.
