Author Biography

Elisabeth Bailey is a food and gardening writer with a passion for the diverse and abundant farms, gardens, and waters of the Maritimes. She is the author of A Taste of the Maritimes: Local, Seasonal Recipes the Whole Year Round and writes regularly for Canadian Farmers' Almanac. Elisabeth and her family live and enjoy great local food in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.

Kelly Neil is a photographer and food stylist whose clients include the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission, the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia, and the Bertossi Group. Kelly lives in Hubley, Nova Scotia.
