Author Biography

Carmen Rivera-LassTn studied in the University of Puerto Rico and Boston University. She has had experience as an educator, administrator , artisan and businesswoman and currently works the newspaper El Nuevo Dfa. Mrinali -lvarez Astacio is a Puerto Rican artist who has illustrated more than 13 children's books. She holds a degree in oil painting form the Cleveland Institute of Arts and another in metal engraving form the Columbus College of Arts and Design. She currently works as an illustrator for the Sunday children's section of El Nuevo Dfa newspaper, Mi Peque±o Dfa.
