Cristin is the author of Dylan's Story, the account of one family's journey to recover their son from Autism through nutrition and chemical avoidance. She has spent a number of years researching and developing recipes to support healthier lifesytles. Cristin's specialty is formulating recipes free of common allergens for people who require special diets, or suffer from multiple food allergies or chemical sensitivities.
