Author Biography

Dr. Zhang is very active in the ASME Heat Transfer Division and AIAA Thermophysics Technical Committee. He is a member (since 1993) of the K7 Committee on Thermophysical Properties and a member (since 1992) and Chair (2000-03) of the K18 Committee on Low Temperature Heat Transfer. He has chaired numerous sessions at the AIAA/ASME Thermophysics and Heat Transfer Conferences, International Mechanical Engineering Congresses, and Symposia on Thermophysical Properties. he has published over 45 journal papers and 3 invited book chapters, given over 40 conference presentations and held 2 patents.
