Author Biography

Stacy Cogswell has worked as chef de cuisine and executive sous chef at Upstairs on the Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts and as sous chef at Market by Jean Georges in Boston, Massachusetts, Atlantic Fish Company in Boston, Massachusetts and Cafe Trevi in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Cogswell was a contestant on Season 12 of Top Chef and a 2014 nominee for Eater Boston's Chef of the Year award. She has an associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University. Cogswell lives in Allston, Massachusetts.
