Author Biography

MAKSYMILIAN DEL MAR is a Researcher, funded by the Swiss National Fund for Scientific Research, based at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. His research interests lie in legal and social philosophy. His recent publications include Contemporary Legal Theory (a 3-volume series, co-edited with Michael Giudice, William Twining and Wil Waluchow), and papers in Law & Philosophy, Human Studies, Philosophy of the Social Sciences and Loyola Law Review.
