Author Biography

Willie Morris graduated from the University of Texas and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. He is the author of several previous books, including North Toward Home, the precursor to New York Days, and the winner of the Houghton Mifflin Literary Fellowship. Mr. Morris now lives in Jackson, Mississippi.
