Author Biography

Tasha Tudor, one of America's beloved illustrators, has written, illustrated, or has been the subject of more than ninety books in the course of her illustrious career that has spanned nearly three quarters of a century. Her books have found an equally enthusiastic audience among children as well as adults and all of ther work is influenced by the style in which she lives her life, a style reminiscent of life in the first half of the nineteenth century.
