Rupert is the creator of FRED Created in 1989, FRED cartoons made their first appearance on a series of greeting cards and now, with more than 700 designs and growing, sales currently exceed 8 million cards. The cartoons were also picked up by MIDWEEK magazine, who ran them for two years, following which they appeared for a further four years in the MAIL ON SUNDAY.
