Jason T. Smith is a dynamic business leader, award-winning physiotherapist and founder of Back In Motion. As Director, Jason leads a team of more than 580 staff in over 100 locations. Jason’s passion for leadership culminated in his establishing the Iceberg Leadership Institute, a forum through which he has provided thought-provoking leadership instruction to thousands of experienced and emerging professionals since its inception. An inspiring and dynamic speaker, Jason has presented to over 50,000 people internationally since 2010. A proud father of four young children, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen tennis player, traveller, adventure seeker and active member of his local Christian Church.
