Kevin Cashman is senior partner, CEU and Executive Development, at Korn/Ferry International. He is also the founder of the Chief Executive Institute, a senior fellow of the Caux Roundtable, a board member of the Center for Ethical Business Cultures, and the author of the best-selling classic Leadership from the Inside Out.
