Author Biography

Miles Cahn lives with his wife, Lillian, on the Coach Dairy Goat Farm, where, he claims, they are being held hostage by 1,000 very demanding dairy goats. He sold his leathergoods company in 1985 in order to devote full time to producing and marketing artisanal goat cheeses. Though he is prepared to accept one if offered, he has received no literary awards that he is aware of Julie Cahn, when not "shooting" goats on the Coach Farm, resides in a revolutionary-era farmhouse on the edge of a lake in Rockland County along with her two teenage children, two hyper mixed breed dogs, four chickens and a parakeet. For her day job, she is a Writing Enrichment Specialist in the East Ramapo School District, where she takes a special interest in integrating the Visual and Language Arts.
