Excellent resource March 16, 2011

I put this in my pocket of my white coat and use it all the time on inpatient medicine. I am a fourth year medical student and fully intend on using it through residency. There is a lot of information crammed into this little book, but very, very useful resource. I love this textbook. Perfect pocket size, and perfect information. Perfectly condensed version without missing or skipping so much you can't follow it.
Recommended as a great tool to all interns and residents. It is by no means an in depth resource.
