Summary

This is a collection of poems that I have written about my almost three year old autistic son. I wanted to share these with other parents of autistic children. The hope is that parents may relate to the challanges and triumphs our children may face daily. There are many different characteristics that a child with autism may have. My son is extremely intelligent as are many autistic children. Where he needs special attention is in his social skills. These poems focus on very basic and everyday functions that I found compelling enough to write about.
