RUDOLPH E. MILIAN is senior staff vice president for professional development services of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is responsible for ICSC's programs and services involving industry best practices through education, professional certification, books, publications and periodicals. Mr. Milian's shopping center career spans more than two decades, having previously held positions in on-site, regional and corporate shopping center marketing, property management and asset management. Earlier he was an executive with a retail chain.
