Rob Rogers and Jonathan Marvel founded New York City-based Rogers Marvel Architects in 1992. Both partners have extensive backgrounds designing significant cultural projects around the world. The RMA team includes architects, graphic designers, industrial designers, landscape architects, preservationists and digital specialists working together. These collective skills enable RMA to comprehensively develop sophisticated buildings and structures, long-term master plans, parks and urban open spaces, and furniture and products. Although heavily New Yorknbased, this monograph presents all manner of projects ranging from public to private, commercial to residential to recreational. Using a handson approach from project inception through construction, and carefully choosing and detailing materials throughout a project, RMA has proven themselves a busy and significant force of growth in New York's, and thereby the nation's architectural landscape.
