Author Biography

Jesse Marcel, Jr. retired after 38 years in the U.S. military, retiring a full Colonel with the U.S. Army. He served as a flight surgeon in Iraq and has flown more than 3,000 hrs. He is currently an ear, nose and throat doctor at a Veterans Hospital locoated in Helena, MT.
